Once that week’s tracker is completed, close the toggle and drag and drop to the Archives. To view more detailed information about each day, hover over the day of the week ‘ex: monday’ and click ‘open’. There, you can input your workout activity, water intake, etc. If you want to edit the ‘new week’ template itself, click on the ‘gear’ icon across from ‘add new week’.
